SHOP AND WIN CONTEST - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This 'shop and win' contest ("Contest") is applicable on the purchase of SELECTED ONE items Marked "Shop & Win" (individually and collectively) on Bamagate.com from April 01, 2024, 12:00:00 a.m. to April 25, 2024, 11:59:00 p.m. (both dates inclusive, "Contest Period").
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, you must follow the steps mentioned below:
• Minimum order value Rs 1999.00 in order to eligible to participate in the contest
• One item marked "Shop & Win" must be included in the order
3. If you answer the question correctly, you will enter into a lucky draw, which will be carried out on April 30, 2024
4. 30 customers will be selected as winners from the random draw of lots. The Prizes will be given to the customer whose placed order between April 1 - 25, April 2024. The winners will receive any one of :

2. Portable Bluetooth Speaker - 10 Nos
3. Micro Type Mobile Charger - 10 Nos
5. The winner of the Contest will be notified by an e-mail/SMS following the draw. By agreeing to participate in this Contest, you agree that you have a valid proof of identity and age, which you may be required to share for delivery of the Prize. The winner will automatically forfeit the Prize if he/she does not meet the criteria specified in these T&Cs, in which case the Prize may be given to another person (selected by random draw of lots from the same pool of customers who have followed all the steps identified above).
6. The Prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
7. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. The Prize is non-transferrable. Bamagate.com may change the prize at any time in its sole discretion and without any liability.
8. You agree that all Bamagate.com decisions related to the Contest are final and binding.
