You can view the status of your order by going on your Order Acknowledgement page. 1. Please visit this link: Click 2. Enter Your Order Number and Click Track.
Please find below the status definitions for your order. Status of Order:
a) Order Placed- Your order has been successfully placed and awaiting payment confirmation. b) Confirmed– Your payment has been received and the order has been confirmed and is in process.
c) In Warehouse– All the products in your order have been received in our warehouse and are going under quality check
d) Quality Check–
The products have passed the quality check. If any/all products have
failed the quality check the same will be informed via email to the
e) Ready to Ship – The products have been packed and are ready to shipped to the buyer.
f) Dispatched – The order has been dispatched. An email with the tracking details will also be sent to the customer.
At every stage an automated email will be sent to the customer.
On the rare occasion that your order
is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new
delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

We’ll send you an e-mail
once you’ve successfully placed your order! We’ll also let you know as
soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you/warehouse along with the
tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
Please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it’s shipped.
1. Login to your account on Desktop / Mobile Website. Click here to login.
2. Enter your email address and password. Incase if you have forgotten your password then click here. You will receive an email to reset the password.
3. Once you are logged in, Go to My Orders and Select Your Order to Return.
4. Click On I agree button after reading the return policy.
5. Select the items you want to return and quantity of items.
6. Select an option from the Reason menu, and then add any additional information in the Notes box.
7. Select Refund or Replacement or Coupon and Submit the form.
8. If your order payment mode was Bank
Deposit or Cash On Delivery or Cash before Delivery, you will have to
enter your bank details for NEFT to Bank Account.
9. You may now ship the products back to us.
10. After shipping, you will have to
enter the courier name and tracking number on our panel. You may also
follow the link which is sent to you in email after creating your return
11. After submitting tracking information your return request will be verified by our team.
12. Our team would review the tracking details and revert within 48 hours.
7. Upload image of product in case your reason for return is defective/wrong product/print color mismatch and submit the form.
8. After submission, our team would review the images and revert within 48 hours.
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
