1. 7-Day Easy Return / Exchange
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or invoice.

Original Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Seals Intact: For Makeup and Personal Care items, the safety seals must not be broken due to hygiene reasons.
3. Damages & Issues (Cookware & Electronics)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged (e.g., a dented pot or broken glass lid):

Take a photo or video of the damaged item.

Send it to our WhatsApp Support [Insert Number] immediately.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Items on "Final Flash Sale."

Personal care products where the seal is broken.

Items damaged due to improper customer usage.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit card, Bank Transfer, Mintpay) within 5–7 working days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer to your provided account details.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the error is ours (damaged/wrong item): Bamagate covers all return shipping costs.

If you changed your mind (wrong size/color chosen by customer): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
