We provide island wide delivery to all 25 districts.

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1 – 2 Working Days.

• Outstation: 2 – 4 Working Days.

• Remote Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days.

Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.

2. Delivery Charges

We believe in fair and transparent pricing for our logistics.

• Standard Delivery:  minimum charge Rs. 350] islandwide.

• FREE DELIVERY: Enjoy Free Shipping on your first order over Rs. 1,999 or on any order containing our specially marked "Free Shipping" bundles!

3. Payment Options

To make your shopping experience easier, we offer multiple ways to pay:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay at your doorstep when you receive the package.

• Buy Now, Pay Later: Split your bill into 3 interest-free installments using Mintpay.

• Bank Transfer / Online Pay: Secure checkout via our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS to the phone number provided at checkout. You can use this link to see exactly where your package is in real-time.

5. Packaging Safety

Your items are fragile and important. Since 2018, we have mastered the art of secure packaging. Whether it’s a 15-piece Cookware Set or ceramic jars, we use bubble wrap and reinforced boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

• Do you deliver on Poya days? Our couriers usually do not operate on Poya or Mercantile Holidays, but we resume deliveries immediately the next day.

• Can I change my delivery address? If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 076 454 7604.

• What if my item is damaged? Please refer to our Return Policy or contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution
